You can come into the clinic for a Chlamydia test or you can do one at home and send it back to us for free, simply fill in the form below for a free home testing kit delivered in discreet packaging.
If you really don’t like the idea of coming in to be tested for Chlamydia, we can send out a free test that you can do at home instead.
Chlamydia is a bacterial infection that does not always have symptoms and the only way to know if you have the infection is to do a test.
If you are attending Impotence Help for either contraception or sexual health advice, please consider discussing both issues as they go hand in hand.
Please do not be offended if a member of our team offer you a Chlamydia test, it is because we care about your health and want to prevent long-term health problems.

Home testing kits
Home testing kits are in discrete packaging and contain the following:
- a simple form (to complete with your information and a few questions);
- instruction leaflet;
- Chlamydia fact leaflet;
- urine bottle and cup; and
- two free post envelopes (one brown envelope for the top page of the lab form and the second envelope, which is plastic and stripy, for the back page of the lab form and your urine sample). Remember these envelopes are freepost so there’s no need for a stamp!
